The dictionary defines HOPE as "the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best". We all go through times when we feel like we can't go on and just want to give up on life. Sometimes, its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel and it seems like the tunnel is never ending. I feel like the harder I work, the harder I get hit with things. I may think I'm strong to press forward, but seems like I've been stationary like pushing a 1 ton boulder.
At this point in my life I feel like all I have left to feel is HOPE. The HOPE that things will get better. The HOPE for the ability to conquer my trials & tribulations. The HOPE that I will be able to reach the end of the tunnel.

my friend, there's some church article, saved my life in college...basically, you just do one day at a time. make the most out of all the hours in that day, not wasting any moment to unplanned/undesignated activity, and leave the rest to you know who. you don't even have to do your best every day, just make the most of every single day. that's why in college i had this chart for every week that had a slot for every day with every hour broken down and every hour was accounted for, even if it was nap/work out/shower/etc. i'll try to find it. but yeah, don't have a break down my dear. just do one day at a time and try not to look to far ahead.
